So I have this new found interest in baking that includes the desire to provide a professional presentation. I have decided to attend some certified baking and cake decorating classes. Cake Carousel a local infamous bakery in the Dallas/Ft Worth area specializes not only in cake designing, but provides numerous certified cake, cupcake, and cookie decorating and preparation classes. The classes are very reasonably priced. And just think of the knowledge I will have upon completion. Wish me luck!!!
