I have decided to expand my knowledge and horizon by developing my baking techniques to meet professional expectations. I figure planning, decorating, baking, and organizing go hand in hand. I love all of these ways to demonstrate creativity. I was just thinking the other day, if Martha Stewart can do, so can I. So my goals include multitasking. I am so excited and I look forward to sharing with my readers how things go with the evolution of JasiChan on a broader level. I spent Labor Day shopping for supplies to prepare me. I have also finally, officially enrolled in the American Academy of Wedding Professional certification course, next stop is enrolling in the floral designing classes. I told you 2010 would be filled with the elevation of JCEP&D, and I meant that. I am so hopeful for 2011 and what it will bring to JCEP&D, the sky has no limits.
