Present day teas are attended by people from various backgrounds and socioeconomic classes. What remains the same is the ambience. The delicate and dainty manner. When I think of a tea, etiquette is synonymous with such an event. Notice the outside utensils are for soup and salad. These are typically your introduction courses. The main course that includes meat is the next meal. Take note there is a fork and knife for meat and/or fish. Your dessert utensils are above your place setting. Dessert is typically the final course of a formal dinner.<br /> <br /> Remember when you sit down to place the napkin across your lap. If for some reason during your meal, you have to excuse yourself, but you are not finished eating place the napkin on the back of the chair and cross your fork and knife in your plate to signal to the wait staff or host that your are not finished eating yet. Alot has gone on this week. I flew back from LA to DFW Sunday after attending the NAACP Image Awards and enjoying Southern California weather. Spent a little QT (quality time) with Jasmine and Chandler. A long eventful work week. Still jet lag. Errands, errands, errands. Overwhelmed by the "Charlie Sheen" media take over and lastly the Earthquake and Tsunami hitting Japan and making it's was way to impact the West Coast. One thing is for sure I pray for everyone's safety. I am also glad our trip to the West Coast was last weekend versus this weekend. I can only imagine the drama and mess we would have experienced trying to get back home. <br>

Here in Dallas, <a href="http://www.dallasnews.com/entertainment/headlines/20100916-Project-Husband-is-all-set-7543.ece">Lisa Linehan</a> decided to set out to find her <strong>Groom</strong> and <strong>Prince Charming</strong>, so that she could get married February 15 (same day as her Grandparents' Wedding Anniversary). Ms. Linehan started <strong><a href="http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Project-Husband/343250606282">Project Husband</a></strong>. Well Lisa found out, like many of us <em><strong>Single Ladies</strong></em> that <strong>Prince Charmings</strong> are not plentiful and it's not as easy to get him to <strong><em>"put a ring on it"</em></strong>. So the story gets better, instead of waddling in self pity, Lisa decided to be apart of a giveaway of her <strong><em>Dallas Bridal Show Show</em></strong> Sponsored Wedding to a deserving couple. Partnerships with <em><strong>Robbins Bros</strong></em> (known for spectacular diamond rings), and <a href="http://www.the33tv.com/lifestyle/projecthusband/">CW Channel 33</a> (local news station). The <em>Perfect Proposal</em> <em>Contest</em> entry began January 26, 2011 until February 13, 2011. After collecting the entries the next phase was voting time on CW33's website, February 14 -February 27. <strong>Happy Friday Friends!!!</strong> I am having one of those moments when you can't make up your mind what you want to do. Have you ever had that type of moment? I am planning the <strong><em>Satff Appreciation Luncheon</em></strong> for my Supervisor and after coming up with various ideas, either I have another idea or she does. Isn't that so frustrating when you have a deadline to meet??
